Welcome Back!
If you have any problems with cable receivers please do the following:
There is a red button next to access card. Push to reset.
Or unplug receivers for 1 minute, then plug back in.
If it still does not reset, please call Directv 1-800-531-5555 and tell them you need to resend the signal on the receivers.
If these procedures do not work please call Thorcomm Call Center at 1-844-484-6726 for possible service call.
On another note....
Please replace window screens when needed.
Do not flush wipes down toilets or grease down a drain. We had a costly plumbing and clean up recently with a sewer backup in building 6, phase 3.
Please stop by the office when returning and fill out a registration form. Forms are in the clubhouse if office is not open.
Hope everyone had a great Summer!

To all Village Residents:
Just a few reminders......
When using the cardboard recycle dumpster, please make sure all boxes are broken down before placing them in the dumpster.
Several units are in need of new window screens. The heat and sun damage the screens, so please check your window screens and replace if needed.
Phase 4 Soffit install should be completed by mid July.
Building 7 & 8 are under contract to have all flat roof surfaces foamed and sealed.
The Village HOA has a new landscaping company, Sustainable Landscaping Services.

July 25
I want to thank everyone in The Village at Apache Wells for all the support and encouragement with being your Community Manager!
My job has been made easy by several homeowners for all the work they do to keep the community up and running! Mark keeps all the lights on for us and does nightly security checks. Roger has painted the patio table umbrellas and they look brand new! Del and Lyle keep me up to date on any water leaks around the community.
Also many units have sold this Summer and I want to say "Welcome to all the new homeowners"!
This is a cared for community by people who care!

Jim McCann, the “Village” Manager, delivered his annual report on Feb 16, 2010
1. Apache Wells Security is a volunteer organization and they are always looking for more volunteers. Jim stressed attending their annual chili feed on February 27th as they appreciate all donations. Serving time is 11:a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
2. Security issue. Make sure you remove your home address from your GPS and anything in your car with your address on it.
3. For sale signs for your vehicle may be displayed but, must have Board approval.
4. Jim thanked the volunteers for all their good continuing work.
5. Jim commended the “Village” for prompt payment of association dues and stated we have only one unit that is in arrears.
6. Paper recycle dumpsters are emptied on a two week schedule.
7. Make sure you fill out action request form for anything you do on the outside of your unit including decoration and landscaping.
8. Make certain the gate is locked anytime you enter or leave the pool area.
9. More light is needed in some areas for security. It is recommended that homeowners leave their patio and door lights on during the night for added security. Jim stated he will give anyone long lasting CFL bulbs if you use them for security lighting.
10. Do not have chairs, tables or other items on landings and walkways as they will restrict emergency access.
11. The pool will be closed on March 13th for the end of year party.
12. The costs to resurface the parking lots would be about $180,000.
